Vacancy Details

RFCL has two vacancies available for the position of Chief & Senior Manager:

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Qualification:

  • Chief Manager: CS qualified and should be an Associate/ Fellow member of ICSI. Preference may be given to Law Graduates.
  • Senior Manager: Same as Chief Manager.

Age Limit:

  • Chief Manager: Maximum 50 years.
  • Senior Manager: Maximum 45 years.

Pay Scale

Successful candidates will be offered the following pay scales:

Chief Manager Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000/-
Senior Manager Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000/-

Application Fee

  • UR, OBC, and EWS categories: Rs.1000/- (Non-refundable) + applicable bank charges.
  • SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Divisional candidates: No application fee.

Selection Process

The selection process includes scrutinizing applications based on submitted documents followed by a personal interview for shortlisted candidates.

  2. Fill out the application form completely.

  3. Send the filled application form along with Demand Draft/NEFT transfer proof (if applicable) and self-attested copies of all necessary supporting documents to the address mentioned below:

    4th Floor, Wing – A, Kribhco Bhawan,
    Sector-1, Noida.

  4. Ensure the envelope is sealed and superscribed with "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF [Chief Manager/Senior Manager] RFCL – 2024".

  5. Submit the application within the specified date.
