- Education Qualification: Candidates must hold a full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a government-recognized University/Institute.
- Age Limit: Maximum age limit for OBC (NCL): 52 Years and for ST: 54 Years.

The decision of NBCC will be final in this regard.
