General Manager (Personnel & Administration):
- Qualification: Recognized degree in any subject with MBA (HR) or Post Graduate Diploma/Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 18 years post-qualification experience.

Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts):
- Qualification: Final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
- Experience: Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience.

Senior Manager (Marketing):
- Qualification: Full-time engineering degree or Masters in Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 14 years post-qualification experience.
