GATE 2026 Registration Deadline Approaches
The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, is set to close the registration process for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026 today, October 6. Students who meet the eligibility criteria can submit their applications at gate2026.iitg.ac.in without incurring a late fee. The final date for applications with a late fee is October 9, 2025.
The GATE 2026 examination is expected to take place from February 7 to 15, 2026, with results being announced on March 19, 2025. The GATE score will be valid for three years following the results announcement.
Eligibility for GATE 2026 includes candidates who are currently enrolled in the third year or higher of any undergraduate program or those who have completed a government-recognized degree in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, Arts, or Humanities.
