Paths to Join the Defense Sector After 12th Grade
There are several pathways to enter the defense sector after completing 12th grade. Candidates must be at least 17.5 years old to qualify. Joining the Indian Navy
Additionally, candidates can join the Indian Navy through the B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme after completing their 12th grade. This program lasts four years and leads to a permanent commission as an officer.
If you missed the opportunity to join the defense sector right after 12th grade, you can still pursue this path after graduation by taking the Combined Defense Services (CDS) exam.
