FCIL Young Professional Vacancy 2026: The Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) has announced openings for the role of Young Professional (Finance). Multiple Positions Available
The recruitment drive aims to fill two Young Professional (Finance) roles. The selection will be based on a contractual arrangement through an open market process. Candidates must be below 35 years of age as of the advertisement date.
Contractual Appointment Details
Successful applicants will be engaged on a contractual basis for a duration of two years, starting from their joining date. The contract may be terminated by the authority without providing any reason if necessary.
Salary Structure
Candidates placed in Noida will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹60,000, while those in Sindri will earn ₹45,000. This amount encompasses all allowances.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold a CA or ICWA qualification and possess at least two years of relevant post-qualification experience. The selected individuals will be tasked with implementing various responsibilities and other duties assigned by the authority.
All terms and conditions regarding the appointment of Young Professionals will adhere to FCIL's official guidelines, O.M. No. FCIL/Policy/Young Professionals/231 dated August 30, 2024, available on the company's website, fertcorp.in. The number of available positions is provisional and may be adjusted based on requirements.
