Available Positions

The SSB has released an official notification seeking applications to fill 50 vacant Constable (General Duty) positions through a re-recruitment initiative. These openings are available for both male and female candidates, including Tradesmen roles such as Tailors, Cobblers, Cooks, Barbers, Washermen, Sweepers, Gardeners, Water Carriers, Waiters, and Helpers, as well as SSB Orderly (Constable) positions.


Application Timeline

The 50 vacancies consist of 38 posts for the Unreserved (UR) category, 8 for Scheduled Castes (SC), and 4 for Scheduled Tribes (ST). The application process began on May 22 and will close on June 20. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their applications within this timeframe.


Eligibility Requirements

1. Candidates must have completed at least the 10th-grade examination from a recognized institution.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected through a series of assessments, including a Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination, Detailed Medical Examination (DME), Review Medical Examination (RME), Document Verification, and a Final Merit List.
