Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) has opened its doors for aspiring candidates by initiating the recruitment process for 80 Management Trainee roles. This is an excellent chance for individuals with backgrounds in engineering, finance, or human resources to secure a reputable government position. Available Positions

BDL is offering a total of 80 Management Trainee positions across various fields, including engineering, finance, and human resources.


Required Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Management Trainee roles must possess a degree from a recognized institution in the relevant discipline. Specifically:


1. Engineering positions require a BE or B.Tech degree in the corresponding stream.


2. Finance roles necessitate qualifications such as CA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance.


3. For HR positions, an MBA or PGDM degree is essential.


Age Criteria

The upper age limit for general applicants is set at 27 years. However, candidates holding a CA or CMA qualification may apply until the age of 28. Age relaxations will be applicable for reserved categories, including SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD, in accordance with government policies.


Application Fee Structure

The application fee is ₹500 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. Conversely, SC, ST, PwBD, and ex-servicemen are exempt from this fee. Payments can be made online using UPI, net banking, debit cards, or credit cards.


Selection Process Overview

The selection of Management Trainees at BDL will occur in two phases:


Phase 1 - A computer-based test (CBT) featuring 150 questions, with 100 pertaining to the relevant subject and 50 focused on general aptitude. This exam will last for 2 hours and will account for 85% of the total score.


Phase 2 - An interview process, which will contribute 15% to the overall evaluation. Only candidates who successfully complete the CBT will be eligible for the interview. A final merit list will be compiled based on the results from both phases.
