New Delhi: An important opportunity has emerged for the youth across the country to engage with the government system. CSC e-Governance Services India has announced recruitment for the positions of Aadhaar Supervisors and Operators aimed at strengthening Aadhaar services. This recruitment is being conducted in various states, thereby increasing local employment opportunities.


Details of the Recruitment Drive

This recruitment initiative will fill a total of 282 positions across 23 states in the country. The number of positions available in each state may vary based on local requirements. Selected candidates will be deployed in services related to Aadhaar, where they will assist citizens with Aadhaar updates and verification services.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have completed their 10th or 12th grade can apply for this recruitment. Additionally, those who have completed a two-year ITI course or a three-year Polytechnic diploma after 10th grade are also eligible. A crucial requirement is that candidates must possess an Aadhaar Operator or Supervisor certificate issued by a UIDAI-recognized agency.


Age Limit and Salary Structure

The minimum age for applicants is set at 18 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided as per government regulations. After selection, candidates will receive the minimum wage designated for semi-skilled manpower in the respective state, which may vary accordingly.


Selection Process Explained

Applicants will first need to take the Aadhaar Supervisor examination. Following the application, approval from the state team will be required to sit for the exam. Upon passing the exam, an LMS ID will be created, and online certification must be completed. The entire process will be conducted digitally.
