This recruitment drive will fill a total of 20 positions, including 5 Senior Consultant roles, 5 Consultant roles, and 10 Young Professional positions. Each role has specific age limits and experience requirements. For Senior Consultants, the maximum age is 45 years with 10 years of experience; for Consultants, it is 40 years with 6 years of experience; and for Young Professionals, the age limit is 32 years with 4 years of experience.
Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
Candidates applying must possess a Master's degree or an MBA in finance, human resources, or industrial relations. Additionally, those holding an LLB degree registered with the Bar Council or Bar Association can also apply, provided they have experience in service matters and legal research in courts or tribunals. Practical knowledge of MS Excel, spreadsheets, and presentation preparation is also essential.
Attractive Salary Based on Position
The commission has set distinct salary scales for each position. Senior Consultants will receive ₹1.80 lakh per month for full-time roles, Consultants will earn ₹1.90 lakh per month, and Young Professionals will be compensated up to ₹90,000 per month. Part-time options are also available, with varying payments based on 12 or 6 days of work per month.
