Qualifications Required

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Administrative Positions: Candidates should have a graduation or post-graduation degree in any field from a recognized institution, or an MBA in HR, Finance, or Material Management. Junior Personal Assistant applicants must have completed 12th grade. Experience requirements vary from 2 to 10 years based on qualifications.

2. Technical Assistant Roles: A full-time diploma in the relevant trade or a B.Sc./Bachelor’s degree is necessary, along with 2 years of relevant experience.

3. Technician B Roles: Applicants must have a matriculation certificate and a 2-year ITI certificate or a National Trade Certificate in the relevant field, along with 2 years of experience.

Age Limit and Selection Process

Age Requirements:

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, with a maximum age limit ranging from 25 to 35 years depending on the position. Relaxations apply for reserved categories.

Selection Method:

The selection will include application screening, a computer-based test, interviews, skill assessments, and document verification. Salaries will range from ₹21,700 to ₹1,06,740 based on the role, along with additional benefits.
