RCF Sports Quota: A fantastic opportunity awaits those looking to join the railways! The Rail Coach Factory (RCF) in Kapurthala has released a notification for the recruitment of 23 positions under the sports quota. Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade or possess an ITI qualification to be eligible for this recruitment. For Level 1 positions, a 10th grade/ITI or NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) is required. For the Technician-3 role, candidates need to have completed the 10th grade along with an ITI or Act Apprentice certificate.
Those selected through this quota will undergo a training period of two years; however, ITI holders will only need to complete six months of training.
Age Requirements
Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years old as of July 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates from reserved categories in accordance with government regulations.
Application Fees
The application fee is set at Rs 500 for the general category, with Rs 400 refundable upon participation in the trials. For SC, ST, ex-servicemen, women, minorities, and economically disadvantaged candidates, the fee is Rs 200.
