Educational Requirements:
Applicants for the Field Engineer role must possess a BE/BTech/BSc in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 55% marks, along with one year of work experience. For the Field Supervisor position, candidates should have completed a full-time diploma in the relevant engineering field, also with 55% marks.
Age Criteria:
The upper age limit for applicants is set at 29 years, calculated as of September 17. Age relaxation will be applicable for candidates from reserved categories.
Salary for Field Engineer/Field Supervisor (RDDS Project):
i. Field Engineer - Basic Pay of ₹30,000 with a pay band of ₹30,000-3%-1,20,000, along with Industrial DA, HRA, and additional perks. The total annual salary package is approximately ₹8.9 lakhs, with perks constituting a minimum of 35% of the basic salary.
ii. Field Supervisor - The monthly salary will be in the range of ₹23,000-3%-1,05,000, which includes an initial Basic Pay of ₹23,000, along with Industrial DA, HRA, and perks. The total annual CTC is estimated to be around ₹6.8 lakhs.
Salary for Field Engineer/Field Supervisor (Non-RDSS Project):
i. Field Engineer
Monthly pay scale: ₹30,000-3%-1,20,000.
Starting Basic Pay: ₹30,000 + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks (35% of Basic Pay). Total annual CTC is around ₹8.9 lakhs.
ii. Field Supervisor
Monthly pay scale: ₹23,000-3%-1,05,000.
Starting Basic Pay: ₹23,000 + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks (35% of Basic Pay). Total annual CTC is around ₹6.8 lakhs.
