Oil India Limited has announced a significant recruitment drive, offering more than 100 job vacancies across various grades. Candidates interested in these positions can submit their applications online via the official website.


The recruitment encompasses a total of 102 positions, which include 3 Superintendent Engineer roles, 97 Senior Officer roles, 1 Confidential Secretary position, and 1 Hindi Officer role. The majority of openings are for Senior Officer positions.


Different educational qualifications are required for these roles. Applicants should possess either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, Law, or Geology. Additionally, certain positions necessitate professional qualifications like ICAI, ICSI, MBA, or PGDM.


Regarding age requirements, the maximum age limits are set at 37 years for Grade C, 34 years for Grade B, and 42 years for Grade A. Relaxations will be provided for candidates from reserved categories as per regulations. SC and ST candidates will receive an additional 5 years of relaxation, OBC candidates 3 years, Divyang candidates 10 years, and ex-servicemen up to 5 years.


The application fees vary by category. General and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 500 plus GST, while SC, ST, PWBD, EWS, and ex-servicemen candidates can apply free of charge.


Selected candidates for Grade A positions will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1.6 lakh. For Grade B positions, the pay scale is set between Rs 60,000 and Rs 1.8 lakh, while Grade C positions offer salaries from Rs 80,000 to Rs 2.2 lakh. Employees will also benefit from various allowances and facilities.


The selection process will occur in two stages. Initially, candidates must take a computer-based test (CBT), and those who succeed will be invited for an interview. The final selection will depend on performance in both stages.
