Overview of DRDO Internship Program

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has introduced a remarkable internship program aimed at engineering students. Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

This internship is designed for students enrolled in full-time engineering courses. Undergraduate applicants must be in their seventh or eighth semester, while postgraduate students should be in their second year. Additionally, the educational institution of the candidate must be recognized by either the AICTE or the UGC.

Required Educational Qualifications

**Academic Requirements**

Candidates must demonstrate a strong academic performance, with a minimum of 75% marks or a CGPA of 7.5 on a 10-point scale. An academic mark sheet must accompany the application form, and candidates should have completed their previous studies with First Class honors.

Internship Duration

**Length of Internship**

Undergraduate students will participate in a 6-month internship, while postgraduate students will have an 11-month internship. This period will provide them with valuable practical experience in various research and technical projects.

Stipend and Payment Structure

**Compensation Details**
