Eligibility Criteria for Faculty Positions:
General Insurance Faculty: Applicants must be retired from the position of Deputy General Manager (GIC and PSU companies) or equivalent roles in General Insurance firms in India. A postgraduate degree is required, along with an Associate/Fellowship qualification from the Insurance Institute of India or an equivalent. Candidates should have at least 15 years of managerial experience in a General Insurance company. The age limit is set between 55 and 62 years as of December 31, 2025. This role is contractual.
Assistant Professor positions are permanent. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks and a Ph.D. in Business Management or Social Sciences. They should have passed the UGC NET or SET examination and possess management-level experience in a General Insurance company or teaching experience. The age requirement for this position is between 35 and 55 years, with a service period until the age of 60. Salary will be in accordance with UGC guidelines.
