  • Mechanical: 125 Posts

  • Electrical: 65 Posts

**Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process**
Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree or a 5-year Integrated M.Tech degree in the relevant field, with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. A valid GATE score from any of the years—2024, 2025, or 2026—is also required.


**Selection Process Overview:**
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE scores, with a selection ratio of 1:12 for interviews.


**Interview Details:**
The final selection will be determined by the candidate's performance in the personal interview, scheduled for June 2026 at various locations including Mumbai, Narora, Kaiga, and Kalpakkam.


**Compensation and Benefits**
Trainees will receive a monthly stipend of ₹74,000 during their training, along with a one-time book allowance of ₹30,000. After successful training, they will be appointed as 'Scientific Officer/C' with a starting basic pay of ₹56,100, plus DA (Dearness Allowance), housing, medical benefits, and other government allowances.
