BEL Recruitment 2025 Overview



Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is hiring! The Central Research Laboratory (CRL) located in Ghaziabad is looking for 35 trainee engineers. The recruitment process will take place through a walk-in selection event scheduled for September 26, 2025, at the BEL CRL in Ghaziabad.


Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

Who Can Apply?
Candidates holding a BE/B.Tech degree in fields such as computer science, computer engineering, IT, information science, software engineering, or cybersecurity are eligible. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


Age Requirements

Age Limit:
Applicants must be under 28 years old as of September 1, 2025. Age relaxations are available: 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates. The positions are distributed as follows: 16 for General, 3 for EWS, 9 for OBC, 5 for SC, and 2 for ST candidates.


Salary and Benefits

Compensation:
The salary structure is attractive, with ₹30,000 per month in the first year, ₹35,000 in the second year, and ₹40,000 in the third year. Additionally, a yearly allowance of ₹12,000 for medical and other expenses will be provided. A lunch allowance of ₹150 will be available for official outings, along with maternity leave benefits.


Selection Process Details

Walk-In Selection:
The recruitment will be conducted via a walk-in selection process. Candidates must attend the written test and interview in Ghaziabad. Interested individuals should arrive on September 26, 2025, by 8:00 am, as entry will close at 8:30 am.

Payment of the application fee should be made through SBI Collect.
