Eligibility Criteria:
Different educational qualifications are required for this recruitment. For Trade Apprentices, candidates must have completed 10th grade and possess a 2-year ITI certificate in the relevant trade. Technician applicants need a 3-year full-time engineering diploma, while Graduate Apprentices must hold a full-time graduate degree. Additionally, candidates applying for Data Entry Operator Trade Apprentices can qualify with a 12th-grade degree. All qualifications must be full-time; part-time or distance learning certificates will not be accepted.
Age Limit and Stipend:
The minimum age for applicants is 18 years, while the maximum age is capped at 24 years, calculated as of September 30, 2025.
Stipend details: Graduate apprentices will earn ₹4,500 (BOAT) plus additional compensation from IOCL. Technician apprentices will receive ₹4,000 (BOAT) along with IOCL's contribution. Trade apprentices will receive their full stipend from IOCL.
The selection process will not involve a written exam or interview; instead, it will be based on merit points from degrees and diplomas.
