This recruitment initiative invites applications from graduates, diploma holders, and ITI-qualified individuals nationwide. Vacancies and Qualifications Overview

Graduate Apprentice: 19 Positions


Candidates must possess a B.E. or B.Tech degree with a minimum of 60% marks in fields such as Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. Additionally, those with a B.Sc. in PCM/PCB or a B.Lib/B.L.I.Sc. degree can apply for the Library Science discipline. Selected individuals will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,300.


Diploma Apprentice: 08 Positions


Applicants with a diploma in Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, achieving at least 60% marks, are eligible. The stipend for this category is ₹10,900 per month.


ITI Apprentice: 50 Positions


Candidates who have completed ITI with NCVT/SCVT certificates in 21 trades—including Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Turner, Computer Operator (COPA), Steno, and Electronic Mechanic—can apply. They will earn a monthly stipend of ₹10,560.

Age Requirement


Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Year of Passing


Only candidates who completed their examinations in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 are eligible. Only those who pursued regular courses can apply.


Duration of Training


The apprenticeship will last for one year. Completion of this training does not guarantee any permanent or temporary employment at DRDO or DEAL.
