ECGC Invites Applications for Probationary Officer Positions



The Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India (ECGC) has announced the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO). Interested candidates can submit their applications online starting from November 11, 2025, until December 2, 2025.


This recruitment drive aims to fill various PO positions within the organization. Candidates can apply through the ECGC's official website, www.ecgc.in. The window for making corrections to the application form and fee payment will be open from December 6 to December 7.


To be eligible, applicants must be between 21 and 30 years old, with age relaxations applicable for reserved categories: five years for SC/ST, three years for OBC, and ten years for differently-abled candidates.


Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree in either Hindi or English. Those with additional qualifications or experience in banking or finance will be given preference during the selection process.


The selection will occur in two phases: an online written test followed by an interview. The written exam will feature 200 questions worth 200 marks, covering topics such as reasoning, English, general awareness, and quantitative aptitude. The exam will last 140 minutes, with a penalty of 0.25 marks for incorrect answers. Successful candidates will be invited for the interview stage.


Probationary Officers at ECGC enjoy a competitive salary package, with starting salaries ranging from ₹55,000 to ₹65,000 per month, inclusive of basic pay, DA, HRA, and other allowances.
