Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:



  • Senior Personal Assistant, Personal Assistant, and Junior Judicial Assistant require a graduation degree from a recognized university.

  • For Senior Personal Assistant: Shorthand speed of 110 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute in English.

  • For Personal Assistant: Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute, typing speed of 40 words per minute, and basic computer skills.

  • For Junior Judicial Assistant: Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute on a computer along with a graduation degree.


Process Server and Peon Qualifications

Process Server: A total of 92 positions are available. Candidates must have completed 10th grade or equivalent and possess a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license with at least two years of clean driving experience. This role falls under Pay Level 4, with an age limit of 18 to 27 years.


Peon Qualifications: There are 142 positions for Peon, Orderly, and Dak Peon. Candidates must have passed 10th grade or equivalent from a recognized board. These roles are classified under Pay Level 3, with the same age limit of 18 to 27 years.


Application Fee and Exemptions

The application fee is set at ₹100. However, female candidates and those from SC, ST, PwD (Persons with Disabilities), and Ex-servicemen categories are exempt from this fee. Payment must be made online via SBI e-Pay, and the fee is non-refundable.
