Delhi University UG Admission 2025: The second round of undergraduate admissions for the academic year 2025-26 at Delhi University (DU) is currently underway. The results for this round have been announced. As per the university's data, a total of 17,595 candidates applied for an upgrade in this round, with 7,685 students receiving new seat allocations based on their preferences.


Additionally, 46,257 students have opted to freeze their current seats, meaning they will not be eligible for any further upgrade options. To date, 68,116 students have successfully secured admission into various undergraduate programs. Furthermore, 2,808 allotments have been made under the performance-based and supernumerary categories during this admission round. Students must confirm their seat acceptance by 11:59 PM on August 23.


Upcoming Vacant Seat List Announcement


The university plans to publish the list of vacant seats on August 25 at 5 PM. Students who have not secured admission by August 24 will have the opportunity to apply for the 'spot round' until August 27. Allotments for this spot round will be revealed on August 28.


Students who do not gain admission to any college by August 24 can still apply for the spot round until August 27, with results being announced on August 28.
