However, numerous students from CBSE Class 12 are still awaiting their re-evaluation results, raising concerns about how to proceed with their CSAS registration, which necessitates the input of Class 12 marks.

Guidance for Students Awaiting Re-evaluation Results

Delhi University has reassured these students that they need not be anxious. Special provisions have been established for them. If you are looking to enroll in Delhi University this year, it is crucial to familiarize yourself with the entire admission process, including fees and regulations, prior to applying.

Steps for CBSE Class 12 Students Awaiting Results:
According to Haneet Gandhi, the Dean of Admissions at DU, students whose re-evaluation results are pending should initially enter their original Class 12 marks. Once the updated results are available, they can modify their marks on the portal. The CSAS portal will remain accessible for several weeks, allowing sufficient time for these updates.

Registration Fees for Phase 1

The registration fee for Phase 1 of DU's CSAS is ₹250 for candidates belonging to the Unreserved, OBC-NCL, and EWS categories. For SC, ST, and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates, the fee is ₹100. Students applying for BFA, BSc (PE, HE & S), or B.A. (Hons) courses will incur a fee of ₹400.

Additionally, the fee for applications under the ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities) and Sports supernumerary quotas is ₹100 for each quota.

Phases of the Admission Process

Phases of Admission:
The admission process for undergraduate courses at DU will unfold in three distinct phases. The current phase involves registration on the CSAS portal. The second phase will require students to select their preferred colleges and courses, with the schedule for this phase to be announced later. The final phase will involve seat allocation based on CUET-UG scores and individual preferences.

Subject Selection Rules at DU

Subject Selection Guidelines:
Delhi University has specified that students can only pursue graduation in subjects they studied and passed in Class 12. Furthermore, students must have taken the CUET-UG exam in those same subjects. Seat allocation will be determined based on CUET-UG scores.
