Delhi Police Constable Recruitment Update
A significant announcement has been made for those awaiting the Delhi Police Constable Recruitment 2025. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published the results for the Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Recruitment Examination for both male and female candidates. Those who passed the Computer-Based Test (CBT) will now proceed to the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), and Document Verification (DV). This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 7,201 positions.
The examination took place from December 18, 2025, to January 6, 2026, at various locations nationwide. Over 27.25 lakh candidates applied for these positions. Following the results announcement, 66,076 candidates have been shortlisted for the next phase, comprising 43,841 males and 22,235 females, which is approximately 9.18 times the number of available vacancies.

Physical Test Requirements
**Details of the Physical Efficiency Test (PET)**
Candidates who have successfully passed the written exam are required to take the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
Male Candidates
- 1600-meter run in 6 minutes
- 14-foot-long jump
- 3.9-foot high jump
Female Candidates
- 1600-meter run in 8 minutes
- 10-foot-long jump
- 3-foot high jump
Physical Standard Test (PST) Requirements
Male candidates must have a minimum height of 170 cm, with a chest measurement of 81 cm (unexpanded) and 85 cm (expanded). For female candidates, the minimum height is set at 157 cm.
Final Merit List and Salary Information
**Merit List Preparation**
The final merit list will be created based on the scores from the CBT. The PET and PST will serve as qualifying tests. In case of a tie in scores, the marks from Part-A will be prioritized, followed by Part-B. If a tie persists, preference will be given to the older candidate, and if necessary, the alphabetical order will be used.
Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 under Level-3. Additionally, bonus marks will be awarded: 5% for NCC 'C' certificate holders, 3% for 'B' certificate holders, and 2% for 'A' certificate holders.
