The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has announced a remarkable recruitment drive, offering 9,195 positions for Technical and Tradesman Constables. This initiative presents a valuable opportunity for young aspirants eager to secure a government job. Both male and female candidates are invited to apply, with 9,116 positions allocated for males and 79 for females. Applications can be submitted online via the official CRPF website.

The recruitment encompasses various trades, including:

Educational Requirements

Candidates must have completed their 10th grade (Matriculation) from a recognized board for most positions. For the Driver role, a Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) driving license is also required. Preference will be given to candidates with an ITI certification or relevant experience for certain technical roles.


Age Criteria

The age limit is determined as of August 1, 2026. For the Driver position, applicants must be between 21 and 27 years old, while candidates for other roles should be aged 18 to 23. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government regulations.


Salary Structure

Selected individuals will earn a monthly salary ranging from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100, classified under Pay Level 3 of the 7th Pay Commission. Additional allowances applicable to Central Government employees will also be included.

3. Trade Test – A practical assessment relevant to the applied position (e.g., Cooking or Driving).


4. Document Verification and Medical Examination.
