This service will be accessible from 10:00 AM on August 30, 2026, until 11:55 PM on September 3, 2026. Candidates can log in to their accounts to view their response sheets and challenge any discrepancies in the provisional answer key.

Coal India has specified that objections must be submitted exclusively through the official online portal; any objections sent through other means will not be acknowledged.


Steps to Raise an Objection:


1. Log in using your personal credentials.


2. Access your response sheet.


3. Compare your answers with the provisional answer key.


4. Submit online objections for any incorrect answers.


5. Ensure to complete the objection process within the designated timeframe.


Review Process and Result Announcement

The review of objections is anticipated to occur in the first week of September. Following this, the results of the Management Trainee written examination, along with the final scorecard and merit list in PDF format, are expected to be released in the second week of September.

The merit list will display the roll numbers of candidates who qualify for the subsequent recruitment phase. After the results are announced, those selected will be invited for:
