CLAT 2027 Online Application Process Begins: Key Details and Eligibility Criteria
CLAT 2027 Application Now Open
The Consortium of National Law Universities has officially launched the online application process for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2027) as of August 3, 2026. Aspiring students aiming to enroll in undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs at various law colleges nationwide can now submit their applications online. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the CLAT exam, applicants must have completed Class 12 (Intermediate) in any discipline with at least 45% marks. There is a 5% relaxation in the minimum percentage for candidates from reserved categories.
For those seeking admission to the PG program, an LLB degree with a minimum of 55% marks is required; however, candidates from reserved categories need only 50%. Notably, there is no upper age limit for CLAT 2027 applicants.

Fee Structure
Candidates from the General and OBC categories must pay an application fee of ₹4,000 to register for the CLAT 2027 exam. For SC/ST candidates, the fee is reduced to ₹3,500. Payments can be made through various online methods.
