CGPSC Vacancy 2025: The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has released a recruitment notification for the role of Superintendent (Child Care Institution) within the Women and Child Development Department. A total of 55 vacancies are available. Interested applicants can submit their applications online until November 8, 2025, exclusively through the CGPSC's official website, psc.cg.gov.in.

These vacancies include reservations for various categories, with specific positions set aside for local women and candidates with disabilities residing in Chhattisgarh. The total number of positions may be subject to change based on requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in social work (MSW), sociology, psychology, or law. Those with qualifications in any of these fields are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be aged between 21 and 30 years as of January 1, 2025. Local candidates from Chhattisgarh are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation, allowing them to apply until the age of 40. Furthermore, SC/ST/OBC candidates, as well as widowed, divorced, or abandoned women, will receive an additional 5-year age relaxation. The maximum age limit, including all exemptions, is capped at 45 years.

Application Fee Details:
Candidates will have the chance to rectify any mistakes in their application forms without incurring a fee from November 9 to 11, 2025. After this period, a correction fee of ₹500 will apply from November 12 to 14, 2025. Note that corrections can only be made once.

Regarding the application fee, SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates from Chhattisgarh and local candidates with disabilities will need to pay ₹300. For all other applicants and those from outside the state, the fee is ₹400. Additionally, portal fees and GST will be charged separately.
