Application Details for Special Educator Positions

The Directorate of Public Instruction has announced the opening of applications for the role of Special Educator. Interested candidates in Chhattisgarh can submit their applications online. A total of 100 positions are available for recruitment. The last date to apply for these roles is October 13, 2025. Applicants are encouraged to check their eligibility before applying.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Requirements

Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years of age to qualify for the Special Educator position. There are provisions for age relaxation: SC and ST candidates can enjoy a 5-year extension, while female applicants are eligible for a 10-year relaxation.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess a D.Ed., B.Ed., or a relevant postgraduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution in India. Additional eligibility criteria must also be fulfilled.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on their academic performance. Specifically, scores from the Higher Secondary Examination, Graduation, Postgraduate Examination, and D.Ed. or B.Ed. will be considered.
