Bank Jobs: Are you in search of a banking career? If yes, then this announcement is for you. The Central Bank of India (CBI) has initiated recruitment for Apprentice roles. Interested candidates must apply through the official website. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4,500 positions.
The recruitment announcement was made on June 12, coinciding with the start of the online application process. The last date to submit applications is June 22.
Educational Requirements
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in any field from a university recognized by the Government of India. Those with equivalent qualifications are also welcome to apply.
Age Criteria
Candidates should be aged between 20 and 28 years. This means that applicants must have been born on or after May 31, 1998, and on or before May 31, 2006.
Moreover, candidates should have a good command of the local language of the state they are applying for. The notification also states that age relaxation is available: three years for OBC candidates and five years for SC/ST applicants.
Selection Methodology
The selection process will involve an online examination and a local language proficiency test. The online exam, conducted by BFSI SSC, will feature 100 questions worth a total of 100 marks, to be completed in 60 minutes.
Application Fees
For male candidates from General, EWS, and OBC categories, the application fee is ₹944. Female candidates need to pay ₹708. Candidates from SC/ST, PwD (Persons with Disabilities), and transgender categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹236.
