The Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has announced the recruitment of 493 Work Inspector roles. This presents a significant opportunity for interested candidates. Eligibility Requirements


Candidates wishing to apply for the Work Inspector roles must have completed Class 10 from a recognized educational institution in India and hold an ITI certificate.


The age criteria for applicants are as follows: a minimum age of 18 years, with a maximum age limit of 37 years for general candidates, 40 years for female candidates, and 42 years for candidates belonging to SC and ST categories.

An application fee of Rs. 100 is applicable to all candidates.


Selection Methodology


The selection will be based on a written examination, which will be worth 100 marks. The exam will cover topics such as Wireman, Electrician, Mathematics, and General Knowledge, and will be conducted in a computer-based format. The minimum qualifying marks for the written examination are set at 40% for general candidates, 36% for backward class candidates, 34% for extremely backward class candidates, and 32% for SC and ST candidates.
