Vacancy Breakdown

The BRO is looking to fill a total of 542 positions, which include:



  • 324 positions for Vehicle Mechanics


  • 12 positions for MSW (Painter)

Educational Requirements

Applicants must have completed at least the 10th grade from a recognized educational board. Additionally, an ITI qualification in the relevant trade is mandatory.


Age Criteria

Candidates should be between 18 and 25 years old. There will be age relaxation for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government guidelines.


Application Fee Structure

The application fee is set at ₹50 for candidates belonging to General, OBC, and EWS categories. However, SC and ST candidates are exempt from this fee.
