The individual, identified as Rakesh Kumar, stated that he applied for the position of peon at the Bihar District Court nearly four years ago after the recruitment notification was released. Upon submitting his application, he received a receipt confirming his submission.
However, after waiting since 2022, the admit cards for the exam scheduled on March 15, 2026, were finally issued. To his astonishment, when he downloaded his admit card, it displayed a picture of a golden retriever instead of his own.
