1. Must be a permanent resident of Bihar.


2. Must have graduated from a college in Bihar between April 1, 2021, and December 31, 2024.


3. The applicant's bank account must be in any bank or post office within Bihar and linked to their Aadhaar account to facilitate Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).


Background of the Scheme


Launched in 2018, the Chief Minister Girl Graduate Incentive Scheme was designed to provide financial support to female graduates. Initially, the grant was set at Rs 25,000, which has now been increased to Rs 50,000, disbursed directly to the bank accounts of eligible graduates.
