Bihar Government Announces Recruitment for 1,076 Minority Welfare Positions

The recruitment will cover various roles. There are 6 positions for District Minority Welfare Officers and 487 for Block Minority Welfare Officers. Additionally, a total of 546 positions will be filled for various categories of lower division clerks. There will also be appointments for 37 Hostel Managers, bringing the total to 1,076 positions.
Establishment of Residential Schools in Every District
Minister Jama Khan revealed that 22 residential schools for minorities are being constructed across different districts for classes 9 to 12. Currently, two schools are operational in Darbhanga and Kishanganj. By April, new schools will be ready in Katihar, Jamui, Kaimur, Nalanda, and Muzaffarpur, increasing the total to seven. Plans are in place to establish such schools in every district.
Introduction of Smart Classes in Madrasas
The Minority Welfare Department has also taken a significant step in education. Smart classes have been launched in 75 madrasas across the state, with plans to implement this facility in all madrasas soon. Additionally, vocational courses are being introduced to connect students with employment opportunities. A total of 10 centers are being established at 9 madrasas funded by the Bihar State Madrasa Education Board and Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University. Five technical courses are already operational, with more to be added in the future to enhance job prospects for students.
