The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially started its board examinations, marking the second day of testing. Unfortunately, numerous students have been reported absent during these initial days. Many were unable to take their exams due to arriving late at their respective centers, leading to emotional scenes as students were seen in tears after missing their opportunities. This situation has understandably caused anxiety among parents, who fear their children's academic progress may be jeopardized.

For those students who were unable to attend the board exams, there is still hope. The BSEB offers a special examination for these individuals after the official results are announced. Applications for this special exam will be accepted in April, allowing students to retake the subjects they missed and potentially salvage their academic year.

The Bihar Board examinations are set to run from February 2nd to February 13th. These exams are conducted in two shifts, with students allotted 3 hours and 15 minutes to complete their papers. The first shift takes place from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM, while the second shift is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM.

As per the Bihar Board's announcement, a total of 13,17,846 students have registered for the Intermediate annual board examinations. To facilitate the smooth conduct of these exams, 1762 examination centers have been established throughout the state.
