BHU Admission Process for Veterinary Science



Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has launched the admission process for the Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry program for the academic year 2026-27. Selection for this program will be based on the NEET UG 2026 examination scores.


Candidates who participated in the NEET UG 2026 are eligible to apply for this course. Interested applicants can now register through the BHU admission portal.


Application Deadline

BHU has set a deadline for registration, which must be completed by 11:59 PM on September 20, 2026. Those who do not register by this date will not be considered for the seat allotment process. Therefore, it is crucial for prospective students to submit their applications promptly.


Seat Allotment Process

The admission process will consist of three rounds of seat allotment. The first allotment list is scheduled to be published on September 28, 2026, followed by the second list on October 1, 2026, and the third on October 5, 2026. Should there be any unfilled seats after these rounds, a mop-up round will occur on October 14, 2026, to allocate the remaining vacancies.
