How to Apply


The online application process is currently open, with a deadline of October 20. Interested candidates must register on the NAPS portal for Trade Apprentice roles or the NATS portal for Graduate/Diploma roles. After registration, applicants should complete the process on the official SAIL-BSP website before the deadline.

Eligibility Criteria


Candidates must have completed their qualifying examination—ITI, Diploma, or Degree—as regular students from a recognized institution within the last five years (2022-2026). Those who have completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training or have one year of job experience are not eligible.


The age limit is set between 18 and 28 years as of October 31, 2026, with relaxations for reserved categories.

Candidates will be selected based on merit through shortlisting and document verification during a walk-in process. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹9,600 for Trade Apprentice roles and ₹12,300 for Degree/Diploma Apprentice roles.
