Eligibility Criteria

Who can apply?


1. Junior Technician: Candidates must have an ITI (NTC/NAC) certificate in the relevant trade.


2. Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager: A BE/B.Tech or the necessary postgraduate degree in the relevant field is required.


3. For positions in Finance, HR, Marketing, Company Secretary, and Mass Communication, a degree or postgraduate qualification in the respective area is essential.


4. Consultant (Finance & Audit): Applicants must be Chartered Accountants (CA) with 10 years of experience in finance and audit.


5. Additional General Manager (Business Development): Candidates should be retired Army officers (minimum rank of Colonel) with 15 years of relevant experience.


6. Senior Manager (Cyber ​​Security) and Senior Manager (Intellectual Property): Relevant technical degrees, certifications, and work experience are mandatory.

Age Limit and Application Fee

Age Limit Criteria


The age limit will be determined based on the last date for online applications. The maximum age limit is set at 30 years for Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager positions. However, with applicable relaxations under government regulations, this limit can extend up to 55 years.


For Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, Additional General Manager, and Consultant roles, candidates must be under 65 years of age. Age relaxation benefits will also apply to these positions as per relevant rules.


Application Fee Details

What is the application fee?


For the AVNL Recruitment 2026, candidates from the General, EWS, and OBC categories must pay an application fee of ₹300. However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), Ex-servicemen, and female candidates can apply without any fee.
