UPSRTC Bus Conductor Recruitment 2025 Overview
The Uttar Pradesh State Road and Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) has initiated the online application process for the recruitment of Roadways Bus Conductors. These positions are filled on a contractual basis through an outsourced agency in Uttar Pradesh. The official notification regarding the available posts has been published on the Sewayojan portal. Interested candidates can submit their applications online at the portal, with the deadline set for September 17, 2025.
Districts and Vacancies
Applications are currently being accepted from candidates in the following districts of Uttar Pradesh: Agra, Mathura, Aligarh, Etah, Hathras, Etawah, and Meerut. There are a total of 34 vacancies in Agra, Mathura, Aligarh, Etah, Hathras, and Etawah, while Meerut has 82 available positions. Notably, there is no application fee required.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have completed at least the 10th or 12th grade. Additionally, proficiency in computers and possession of a CCC certificate from a recognized institution are mandatory. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
Age Requirements: Applicants should be between 18 to 40 years old. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories in accordance with government regulations.
Salary and Benefits
Outsourced conductors will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000. In addition to the salary, employees will be entitled to benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), medical facilities, and timely salary transfers to their bank accounts between the 1st and 5th of each month.
