Andhra Pradesh PSC Announces Recruitment for Forest Beat Officers

Recruitment Notification Released

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of Forest Beat Officers and Assistant Beat Officers in the A.P. Forest Subordinate Service, as per Advt. No. 06/2025. Interested candidates can submit their applications at psc.ap.gov.in between July 16 and August 5, 2025.

This recruitment initiative aims to fill a total of 691 positions, with 256 designated for Forest Beat Officers and 435 for Assistant Beat Officers. Applicants must have completed the Intermediate Examination or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, candidates should be aged between 18 and 30 years as of July 1, 2025. Application Fee Structure

Applicants belonging to the unreserved category are required to pay an application processing fee of Rs 250 along with an examination fee of Rs 80. In contrast, candidates from reserved categories will only need to pay Rs 80 for the examination fee.
