Eligibility Criteria for Senior Assistant

To qualify for the Senior Assistant role, candidates must possess a Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering along with two years of relevant experience. For the Junior Assistant (HR) position, a graduate degree is necessary. Additionally, candidates applying for Junior Assistant (Fire Services) must have completed their 10th grade and hold a 3-year diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire, or have passed 12th grade in regular studies.


Selection Process

The selection will involve a written examination, document verification, and a computer literacy test for Junior Assistant applicants.

  2. Click on the 'sign-up' tab and fill in the required details, including the post you are applying for, your name, email ID, and mobile number.

  3. Log out and then log in using your registered mobile number.

  4. Complete the application form by entering personal and qualification details, and upload your photo and signature.

  5. Ensure your passport-size photograph is between 50kb and 100kb, and your signature is also scanned and uploaded within the same size range.

  6. Upload necessary documents such as 10th and 12th mark sheets, caste certificate, and driving license.

  7. After submitting the form, print a copy for your records.


Application Fee Structure

The application fee is ₹1000 for General/EWS and OBC candidates. However, women, SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen, and candidates who have completed one year of apprenticeship training at AAI are exempt from the fee.
