The recruitment drive aims to fill around 20 positions, which are divided into three levels: Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Young Professional.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in applying must hold a Master's degree or an MBA in Finance, HR, Industrial Relations, or a similar field. Additionally, those with an LL.B. degree are also eligible. Experience requirements vary by position, ranging from 4 to 10 years.


Age Limit Specifications

Age restrictions for the Consultant roles are defined as follows: the maximum age for Senior Consultants is 45 years, for Consultants it is 40 years, and for Young Professionals, the limit is set at 32 years.


Compensation Details

The remuneration for these roles is categorized as follows: Senior Consultants can earn up to ₹1,80,000 per month, Consultants can receive a maximum of ₹1,20,000, and Young Professionals will be offered a stipend of up to ₹90,000.
