Note that the e-call letter will be issued four days before the exam date.

The examination is scheduled to take place from June 5 to June 24, 2025, in various shifts nationwide. This recruitment initiative aims to fill a total of 11,558 positions, which includes 8,113 roles for graduates and 3,445 for undergraduates.

Understanding the RRB NTPC Exam Pattern

Exam Structure

The Stage 1 CBT will feature 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed within a 90-minute timeframe. The exam is divided into three sections: General Awareness (40 questions), Mathematics (30 questions), and General Intelligence & Reasoning (30 questions). Each correct answer earns 1 mark, while incorrect answers incur a penalty of ⅓ mark. Candidates with disabilities who require scribes will receive an additional 30 minutes to complete the exam.
