Registration Deadline Extended for CSIR-UGC NET December 2025 Exam
Important Update on CSIR-UGC NET Exam Registration
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced an extension for the registration deadline for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET (December) Examination 2025. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can now register for the exam at csirnet.nta.nic.in until October 27, 2025. Additionally, the last date for fee payment is set for October 28, 2025, and the correction window will be available from October 30 to November 1, 2025.
The examination is scheduled for December 18, with two shifts: the first from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the second from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Candidates can find the eligibility requirements, exam format, and further details in the notification linked below:

Application Fee Structure
For applicants in the general category, the fee is Rs 1150. Those in the General-EWS/OBC(NCL)* category will pay Rs 600, while SC/ST/PwD/PwBD/Third Gender candidates are required to pay Rs 325.
