NTA Launches Free AI-Based Mock Test App for NEET and JEE Aspirants

Introduction to the National Test Abhyas App

A significant development has emerged for students gearing up for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG and the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched an innovative AI-driven mock test application named 'National Test Abhyas'. This app was successfully trialed recently, and it is available to all students at no cost, irrespective of their educational level.

Details of the National Test Abhyas App

In this article, we will delve into the functionality of the NTA's 'National Test Abhyas' app, the scope of the trial conducted, how to download the app, and the registration process for mock tests.

Successful Trial with 10,000 Participants

The 'National Test Abhyas' app was specifically designed for students preparing for medical and engineering entrance exams. It was launched after a successful trial involving 10,000 candidates.

Unique Features of the App

The 'National Test Abhyas' app, created by the NTA, boasts several distinctive features. It enables students to take mock tests from home, helping them pinpoint areas needing improvement. Currently, the app includes 500 test papers, with plans for additional content. Moreover, it offers self-study tools, advanced analytics, and real-time personalized performance reports, allowing students to enhance their study efforts and receive immediate feedback on their performance.

Accessing Mock Tests and Test Types

A notable aspect of the 'National Test Abhyas' app is that students can only access mock test papers after disabling their internet connection. The mock test will only become available once the internet is turned off.

The app provides two formats of mock tests: a short 12-minute test with 6 questions and a comprehensive 180-minute test featuring 75 questions.

After selecting a test, students will receive an on-screen prompt to switch their device to 'airplane mode' to go offline. Once offline, they can view the mock test details and choose to answer questions from specific subjects or all subjects based on their preference.

Registration Process

The 'National Test Abhyas' app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Users can register using their mobile number and email address. After completing the registration, students can take mock tests at their convenience.
