Currently, students in grades 10 and 12 are in the process of completing their exam applications. This is an opportune moment for students to start their exam preparations. Those in 12th grade or currently studying in 11th grade can utilize resources from the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) to aid their studies.

How to Prepare for Board Exams with NCERT

Free Courses Offered by NCERT:
NCERT is providing a range of free courses tailored for students in grades 11 and 12, which can be beneficial for those preparing for their board exams.

Subjects and Course Duration:
NCERT's offerings include a variety of subjects for both grades. For 12th-grade students, courses are available in Economics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Psychology, Sociology, Geography, Math, English, and Business Studies. For 11th-grade students, subjects include Biology, Accountancy, Business Studies, Chemistry, Economics, Physics, Psychology, and Sociology. Each course spans 24 weeks and is crafted by subject matter experts to support students effectively.

Application Process and Important Dates

Accessing Courses on SWAYAM:
Students can find NCERT's courses on the SWAYAM portal. Applications for these courses will open on September 22nd and will remain available until February 20, 2026. Additionally, registration for a dummy exam is open until March 2nd, with the actual exam scheduled for March 3rd. Students achieving over 60% in this exam will be awarded a certificate. The courses are structured into four sections, providing substantial support for students preparing for their board exams.
