3. Signature – A signature in black or dark blue ink on white paper, scanned and uploaded in JPEG/JPG format (50 kB to 150 kB).
4. Category Certificate – Required for OBC-NCL, EWS, SC, and ST candidates. This certificate must be issued after 1 April 2025 and adhere to the prescribed format.
5. Disability Certificate – Candidates with disabilities must provide a valid certificate.
