The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to close the online application process for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET (December) Examination 2025 today, October 27. Interested candidates can submit their applications through the official portal csirnet.nta.nic.in. Note that the deadline for fee payment is October 28, 2025, and the correction window will be accessible from October 30 to November 1, 2025.
The examination is scheduled for December 18, with two shifts: the first from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the second from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Candidates are encouraged to review the eligibility requirements, exam format, and additional information provided in the notification linked below:

Application Fees
For applicants in the general category, the fee is set at Rs 1150. Those belonging to General-EWS/OBC(NCL)* will need to pay Rs 600, while SC/ST/PwD/PwBD/Third Gender candidates are required to pay Rs 325.
